The 7″ glass-fiber woofer cone delivers full, hearty sound, and its specially designed surround ensures endurance, play after play. The 1-3/16″ hard dome titanium tweeter brings striking detail to your music, upholding the artist’s intention from song to song. If you love high-res music, these tweeters reproduce frequencies up to 40,000 Hz, delivering the extended detail and strong imaging of your high-res FLAC or DSD files.
Kenwood also includes versatile mounting gear for a variety of installation of challenges.
Bring on the power
These exceptional speakers will handle up to 120 watts RMS, so you’ll maximize their performance when you power them with a nice amp. And the included external crossovers let you amplify the woofers and tweeters separately for an even stronger sound.
Installation note: You’ll need a pair of universal backstraps to install the tweeters in the factory locations.

1-3/16” LARGE TWEETER DESIGNED FOR HIGH RESOLUTION
1-3/16” (30mm) tweeters have a larger surface area than most tweeters which allows clear reproduction of vocal sound up through the ultra high-frequency range. Both flush and surface mounting options are included.
With its compound curvature diaphragm, a large 1-3/16” (30mm) titanium hard dome provides the ultimate in high-frequency performance.
NEW BI-AMP CONNECTION
The XR-1801P’s include a bi-capable crossover network box, allowing you to power the tweeter and woofer individually from the XR401-4 or other combinations of individual amplifier channels. The network box is further optimized with a high-reliability poly switch and resistor to protect the tweeter from being overdriven.
FLUSH OR ANGLE MOUNT TWEETER
Mounting hardware is provided to enable both angled and flush mounting options.
WOOFER MULTI-BRACKET
A multi-bracket is included to make installation easier in a variety of vehicle types.
