Installation of Plugin
- The installation of the plugin is just like any other plugin installation for WordPress. Login to your WordPress site and go to Plugins > Add New.
- At the Install Plugins Page click on Upload from the top navigation and then click on browse.
- Go to the location on your computer where you saved the downloaded plugin zip file and upload "customize-product-layout-builder-for-visual-composer.zip" zipped file.
- Now click on Install Now.
- Wait until WordPress has uploaded the file. If it's done click on Activate Plugin.
- Now you should see a message 'Plugin activated' at the top of the window.
Customize shop page
1/ All Templates
Access WooCommerce >> Product Layout menu, here you will see all templates
2/ Add New Template
- - Click Add Template button and and then you will be redirected to the add new template page, at here you will add content for template to your style with the WPBakery Page Builder.
- - Click the Publish button to create a template
3/ Active Template
- Currently, the shop page is using the default template (Template by Theme).
- Use the template for shop page
+ To use the template for the shop page, you only need click Active This Template button like screenshot below
+ The template is now activation.
+ And now, we can see the shop page use the template
- Reset Default Template (Template by Theme)
+ To reset default template for shop page, you only need click Default Template button like screenshot below

Customize product category page
1/ All Templates
Access WooCommerce >> Product Layout menu, then click Product category templates tab,you will see all templates for product category page.
2/ Add New Template
- - Click Add Template button and and then you will be redirected to the add new template page, at here you will add content for template to your style with the WPBakery Page Builder.
- - Click the Publish button to create a template
3/ Active Template
- Currently, the product category page is using the default template (Template by Theme).
- Use the template
There are 2 ways to use a template for product category, if you want to use the template for all product category pages then you can do the way 1, or you can use the specific template for for a specific product category page then you can do it by way 2.
1/ Use the template for all product categories
+ To use the template for all product categories, you only need click Active This Template button, like screenshot below
+ The template is now activation.
+ And now, we can see all product category pages use the template
2/ Use the specific template for specific product category
+ First, create the templates you want to use
+ To set the specific template for the product category page, go to the product category edit page, and at here you will select a template via Template option.
+ And now, we can see that the product category pages using the template have been selected.

+ To reset default template all product categories page, you only need click Default Template button like screenshot below

Customize product detail page
1/ All Templates
Access WooCommerce >> Product Layout menu, then click Product templates tab,you will see all templates for product detail page.
2/ Add New Template
- - Click Add Template button and and then you will be redirected to the add new template page, at here you will add content for template to your style with the WPBakery Page Builder.
- - Click the Publish button to create a template
3/ Active Template
Currently, the product detail page is using the default template (Template by Theme).
Use the template
There are 3 ways to use a template for product detail page:
Way 1: If you want to use the template for all product detail pages then you can do the way 1.
Way 2: If you want use the specific template for product detail pages belongs to the specific category then you can do Way 2.
Way 3: If you want use the specific template for for a specific product detail page then you can do the Way 3.
1/ Use the template for all product detail pages
+ To use the template for product detail pages, you only need click Active This Template button like screenshot below
+ The template is now activation.
+ And now, we can see all product detail pages use the template
2/ Use the specific template for product detail pages belongs to the specific category
For example: You have the product category is Clothing with 3 products: Happy Ninja, Ship Your Idea, Woo Logo. If you want the product pages (3 products) in the "Clothing" product category to use Clothing template Template then you will:
+ First, create the templates you want to use
+ Go to the product category edit page, and at here you will select a template via Product Template option.
+ And now, we can see that the product detail pages belongs to product category (Clothing) using the template have been selected.

3/ Use the specific template for a specific product detail page
+ First, create the templates you want to use
+ Go to the product detail edit page, and at here you will select a template via Template option.
+ And now, we can see that the product detail pages using the template have been selected.
